Nestoria adds w3w, making it easier to find your new home

Hunting for property in a new area often comes with frustration. One block can be entirely different from the next, and lack of local area knowledge increases the need for extensive research. Looking for property in countries like Brazil or India where street names may be difficult to pronounce, difficult to spell, ambiguous or sometimes even non-existent adds complexity.

It seems backwards to enter generic area names into the search field, after having spent time on finding specific locations of desire. And furthermore generic area names are often non-standardised: different people call them different things, and it can be down to luck whether your search portal uses the same name for the same area!

Global property search engine, Nestoria, is always striving to make it as fast and simple as possible to find your next home. To solve the pain points of ambiguous addressing, Nestoria recently integrated what3words into their search bar, enabling users all over the world* to search for property using w3w.

Say you’re planning to move to Sao Paulo and discovered a charming little area between Vila Madalena and Altho de Pinheiros, including the what3words location across.relaxed.bunch. Simply enter the 3 words into the search field:

A comprehensive list of properties is returned - built up around ramais.ferido.gramas (the Portuguese name of your charming w3w square)

Hopefully this will make your home hunting a tad easier - and leave more time for the (stress of) redecorating.
